Jujin Yukiotoko/Half Human (Ishiro Honda & Kenneth G Crane, 1955/1957, US/Japan) Japanese Yeti movie heavily re-edited two years later for US release, including new footage with John Carradine The Abominable Snowman/The Abominable Snowman of the Himalayas (Val Guest, 1957, UK) Theatrical remake of 1955’s The Creature. Ostroznie, Yeti! (Andrzej Czekalski, 1961, Poland) Obscure Polish comedy. The title translates as ‘Beware of the Yeti’.

Beauties and the Beast (Marius Manzanian/Ray Nadeau, 1974) Porno movie about a Bigfoot who chases naked women, allegedly also released as Desperately Seeking Yeti. La Maldicion de la Bestia/The Werewolf and the Yeti/Night of the Howling Beast (Miguel Iglesias, 1975) Eighth film in the ‘Waldemar Daninsky’ series in which the character travels to Tibet, gets bitten by a werewolf and then fights a Yeti.
Curse of Bigfoot (Don Fields, 1976) Extended, re-edited version of 1960s cheapie Teenagers Battle the Thing, in which a mummified monster is revealed to be the basis of the Bigfoot legend. Creature from Black Lake (Joy N Houck Jr, 1976) Two Chicago anthropology students annoy the locals when they go looking for a “bipedal hominid” in Louisiana. Blood Beast of Monster Mountain (Donn Davison, 1976) Re-edited version of 1960s non-Sasquatch film Demon Hunter, with new monster suit footage. Sasquatch: The Legend of Bigfoot (Ed Ragozzino, 1977) Family movie about explorers hunting for Bigfoot. Yeti: Il Gigante del 20. Secolo (Gianfranco Parolini, 1977, Italy) Giant Yeti is discovered frozen in Canada and thawed out.

The Last Chance Detectives: Legend of the Desert Bigfoot (Robert Vernon, 1995) Christian-themed film about boys investigating Bigfoot sightings and "discovering about integrity". A Goofy Movie (Kevin Lima, 1995) Popular Disney character and his son meet Bigfoot while bonding on a camping trip. To Catch a Yeti (Bob Keen, 1995) Explorer returns from Nepal with two-foot-tall Yeti in his backpack.
